November's babies



Time flies, it's birthday dinner for our nov's babies See Wei and Pei San. This time round we organise a birthday dinner at Niniq Bistro. The environment and ambience was good for our gathering.

 

 

 

 

Me and Jaslyn decided to meet up early as it was a public holiday. We headed to get birthday presents for our birthday girls. And yah, this is the very time we two shoppaholics hanging out together though we have been knowing each other for more than 10 years... how cool it is...

What's inside the bag?

Nowadays we hardly seeing girls carrying small bag or purse hanging around.

Instead, they are carry big/large/huge bag wherever they go everyday as we have so much things to bring along. a-huh, it's not an easy task right?

 

So, I wonder what's inside their bag?!

I always carry my cell phone. I can't remember going a day without needing it!

I also have my wallet, lipstick, diary, perfume and they are essential to me.

Fairy Tale Love

 

Countless Wedding Dinner I've attended this year.

 

Indeed, it was a blessed year to have opportunity to witness so many fairy tale wedding. Fairy Tale Love is hard to find, both of the parties have to commit to keep the relationship healthy and happy.

 

11 Nov 2012 was Julius and Xandria's wedding. Me and my sister were quickly dressed up ourself after dance practice. We took an hour to finished up. pheww.rush hour.

 

 

 

 

 

 

#Attending such romantic wedding dinner, I have chosen an embodied elegance in black, lace bodycon dress to integrate into the atmosphere there.

First Time - Bakery-

Yah, by looking at the title, you guys will know that I'm not a "cook" person, I can't be bother to step in to kitchen whenever my mum is cooking, and I don't even dare to switch on the gas (thou technology is so advance and there are so many electric stove on the shelf out there). Literally, I lost interest in cooking and bakery.

 

However, people who knows me well will know that I'm a dessert-lover. I love to explore to new dessert places which could be newly found in town. After tasting so many different types of desserts,

I thought it would be very nice if I can bake by myself for high tea or breakfast for my love one.

 

Hmm....it really sounds like a great idea, why not?

 

So I brought my sis and headed to Hypermarket to get some ingredients early in the morning.

 

Tadah, I found this!

 

#1 Pillsbury Pancake Mix saved my life!


#2 One egg needed...

#3 Fresh Milk

 

#4 Poured out 250g... 

#5 Crack egg into the bowl...

#6 300ml of fresh milk...

#7 No complicated mixing instructions involved, just add in  milk...


#8 Stir..stir...stir.... 

#9 It's ready to bake.. A gentle reminder, heat your frying pan to a medium low flame.

#10 Cook for two minutes or until the pancake is golden. Remember to flip the pancake gently, make sure it wont undercooked or burnt :p

#11 Pancake is ready to serve... give a minute...... 

#12 Oh ya, I don't eat corn syrup, honey is a lot healthier than that, I supposed.

 

 

 

It's really my first experience to made strawberry pancake by myself. I hope more to come! *finger crossed*
